By: Brett Greenberg

TUSCALOOSA, AL. - Vanderbilt baseball will now play a doubleheader against Wagner on Friday due to the threat of freezing temperatures, the team announced Thursday.

Game one will begin at noon Friday with game two beginning 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. Sunday's game is set to begin at 1 p.m. CT.

"Gates for Friday’s matchup will open at 9:30 a.m., while concessions will open at 11 a.m. Parking for fans will be available in the 25th Avenue Garage on floors 9-11.

Fans attending the Friday’s game at noon should plan to enter Hawkins Field from the main gate entrance. Due to staffing adjustments, the outfield entrance will be staffed and open beginning around 1 p.m."

The Commodores carry a 10-2 record into the series final series against Wagner before beginning conference play. Vanderbilt hosts Michigan Tuesday, March 16 before starting SEC play against Missouri at home the following weekend.
