TUSCAOOSA, AL. - Alabama football sophomore defensive back Brandon Turnage entered the transfer portal as Thursday afternoon, according to several media reports.
Turnage was a four-star safety in 2019 out of Lafayette High School in Oxford, Mississippi, and was part of the nation's top-ranked recruiting class.
Turnage played in four games in two seasons, taking a redshirt year in 2019. He saw action on special teams and in the secondary and had one pass defended. He tweeted "Greater is coming" with a prayer emoji Thursday.
Josh Jobe, Malachi Moore, Daniel Wright, Jordan Battle, Demarco Hellams, Jaylen Armor-Davis and Ga’Quincy McKinstry headline the 2021 Crimson Tide secondary.
