Barack Obama unveiled his men's and women's March Madness brackets Thursday morning. The former president has the Alabama men's team falling to Texas in the Sweet 16 and the women losing in the first round to North Carolina.

Obama has all four top seeds advancing to the Final Four in the men's bracket, while he has two No. 2 seeds reaching the Final Four in the women's side.

This is the first tournament appearance since 1999 for the Crimson Tide women and the first since 2018 for the Alabama men. This is the fourth tournament appearance for UA men's coach Nate Oats but his first with the Crimson Tide.

Alabama plays No. 15 seed Iona (TV: TBS, 3 p.m. CT), coached by Rick Pitino, on Saturday.

Obama picked Gonzaga to beat Illinois in the men's final and Baylor over Stanford in the women's final.
