UA Adapted Athletics Gets New Equipment To Help Prepare for National Championships

By. Brett Greenberg

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama Men's and Women's Wheelchair Basketball teams were given new equipment to add to their already, state of the art, equipment room at Stran-Hardin Arena.

The team is working with a company called Dynamic Fitness and Strength.

This is a company who specializes in customizable strength and performance equipment.

This is just another thing that the Crimson Tide programs have that not all other universities have. These are the little things that put Alabama Adapted Athletics above everyone else.

The team will travel to Wichita, Kansas next week to compete in the 2020 NWBA Toyota Intercollegiate Men's National Championships.

The team will compete from Thursday, March 19 to Sunday, March 21 with an award ceremony Wednesday, March 18.

The official seeding with the Intercollegiate Men's bracket has not been updated as of yet.

Stay tuned for updated regarding when the team will play for the national championships.

The official bracket and schedule can be found here: https://www.nwba.org/2020nationals
