TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The University of Alabama Men's Wheelchair Basketball Team finished the weekend adding two more wins to their record.

The team won on Friday night vs Ft. Lauderdale 80-45.

The team relied heavily on Sophomore, Ignacio Ortega's (#24) scoring abilities where he amassed 37 points.

Graduate Student, Lindy Bridges also proved to be a valuable scoring option as well scoring over 20 points.

Ft. Lauderdale showed valiant effort battling until the end. The captain of the Sharks, Arnold Barnes scored nearly every time he had the ball, scoring 24 points.

The Crimson Tide carried over their dominant performance to Saturday when they beat ABC Medical 76-54.

It was more of the same for the Tide with Ortega and Bridges combining for 35 of the Tide's 42 points in the first half.

The Crimson Tide are now 21-7 on the year and look to add to their winning ways next weekend.
