TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The team's final tune up before the NWBA National Championships resulted in the Tide adding one more win but two losses to their overall record.

The Crimson Tide finished 22-9 overall and 6-7 in conference play on the year.

The team was simply not ready for UT-Arlington on Friday night. UT-Arlington came out with more energy than the Tide building a 40-point lead by half and not looking back. Friday night was a night to forget.

The team looked to bounce back in a big way Saturday afternoon when they took on Illinois, but they could not manage to get the win. The men fell to Illinois as well.

With one more game left on the weekend, the Tide hunkered down against their conference rival, the Auburn Tigers. The Tide played with more energy and looked like their regular selves handling the Tigers 64-43.

The Tide have exactly ten days from now before they head West to Wichita, Kansas as they look to win another ring for the program.

The team will compete in the 2020 NWBA Toyota Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball National Championships from March 18-March 21.
